The city view from our room was stunning, and the convenience of having a Starbucks in the lobby made our mornings much easier. Although the front desk service was hit or miss—one staff member was exceptionally helpful, while another was quite rude—the proximity to the convention center was a major plus. The bedding was comfortable, enhancing our overall experience.

I really enjoyed my stay thanks to the hotel's proximity to the Greater Richmond Convention Center, which was just a few steps away, and the beautiful T. Tyler Potterfield Memorial Bridge, perfect for a lovely walk along the river. it made exploring the city so effortless and enjoyable. As a solo traveler, the clean room with nice bedding made me feel comfortable at the end of my long days of walking through the city.

our stay at marriott was fantastic! the property was upscale, super nice inside and out. our king room with city view was clean and comfy. we loved how close it was to the national theater and the exceptional valet service was a huge plus. having starbucks and a restaurant in the lobby made it even better.
